Micro v belt also called V-ribbed belts, poly ribbed belts and serpentine belts, it combines the high flexibility of Flat belts with the excellent power transmission of V belts. It has high transmission efficiency and can correspond to small diameter belt pulley. It is widely used in machinery and automobile engines that need high speed operation.
Features
● The transmission power is large, 30% higher than that of the ordinary V-belt when the space is the same.
● The transmission system has a compact structure. Under the same transmission power, the space occupied by the transmission device is 25% smaller than that of an ordinary V-belt
● The micro v belt is thin and flexible. It is suitable for transmission with small pulley diameters and high-speed transmission. The belt speed can reach 40m/s; it has low vibration, low heat generation and stable operation.

TIPS
Precautions When Using
① If there is oil or water in use, it should be removed or wiped dry in time;
② If the wrap angle is too small, the position of the back pulley should be changed to increase the wrap angle;
③ If the belt tension is too small, increase the belt tension appropriately;
Noise during use
④ Keep the belt dry to prevent noise from slipping;
⑤ Foreign matter is embedded in the wedge groove, and the foreign matter should be removed in time;
⑥ Belt pulley deflection produce noise, then adjust the position of the pulley;
⑦ Vibration is large in the use of the product: It may be that the belt tension is too small, and the tension should be increased appropriately;
